The Skills Working Group is chaired by Adam Broomfield, Kendra Energy

The Skills Working Group is a central resource for the MINI´«Ã½ on all skills development issues.  Powered by volunteers, the Skills Working Group is a forum for developing a balanced MINI´«Ã½ view on key skills development issues; they are a group for drafting MINI´«Ã½ skills development guidance; they provide MINI´«Ã½ input to skills development documents from other organisations, national education initiatives or MINI´«Ã½ sections; and they are charged with promoting skills development amongst MINI´«Ã½ Members at all levels (vocational, academic and continuing professional development).

Open to representatives in MINI´«Ã½ member companies only.
