Working Group Chair:
The BEMS Trailblazer Employer group is chaired by Wendy Belfield.
The BEMS Controls Engineer (Trailblazer) Apprenticeship Employers' Group oversee the development and delivery of the Apprenticeship. It is an employer-led group, with the needs and experience of employers in the sector driving development to ensure Apprentices obtain the skills and experience needed to thrive in the Building Controls industry.

Ongoing activity to ensure a robust but logical End Point Assessment process for the Apprenticeship
Promoting T-levels as a pathway into the BEMS industry
Formal review of the Level 4 BEMS Controls Engineer Apprenticeship
