North American Prep Development Teams are put together made up of players from various organizations that work with N.A.P. all throughout the year. Each on-ice training session will focus on player development and are introduced to new aspects of the game needed to succeed at the next level. This is not a “superstar tournament program.” We push skills, development, improvement and competitive FUN!!
The core belief for NA Prep's Development program this is “Training to Execute”. The program will consist of:
We are proud to be Montana's Leading Player Development Program.
Each season (Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer) we select players to join our age classification development teams and we are anticipating, "AA" and "A", teams at each age classification that will provide our Montana players with more opportunities for development and exposure to a higher level of competition. These teams will compete in various "AA" and "A" tournaments along with NA's Development Weekends. Development weekends will take place throughout the course of the regular season and supply our players with extra developmental opportunities.
NA Prep Development teams are being formed and we would like to invite you to join us for the 2018-2019 season!
Players can request to be evaluated either weekend but are encouraged to join us for both weekends for fun and development. Tryout weekends will be $95 per weekend and will include 4.5 hours of on-ice development and evaluation. We will be conducting evaluations for 2004/2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010/2011 age group teams. Players seeking to be evaluated for the 2018-19 season will be given numbered pennies for the weekend. Evaluations will be conducted by coach JJ as well as a set of independent evaluators to determine placement on a team. NA Prep Team rosters will contain 13-15 skaters and 2 goalies. Team invitations will be announced by September 20, 2018.
