NA Adventure Camp

Our Adventure Camp Is Ideal for The Adventurous Camper

At NA Prep  Adventure Camp, we serve up the most fun and rewarding camp experience all summer long. Located in the beautiful Whitefish, Montana.  Our camp offers a wide variety of entertaining, engaging and inspiring activities for boys and girls from ages 5 to 12.

Our camp experience promotes independence, decision making, socialization, skill building, confidence, creativity, and self-discovery in a safe and nurturing environment. Campers are encouraged to be themselves, try something new, unplug and have fun! We know what parents expect and what kids enjoy.

Adventure Camp is ideal for all campers who want to fully experience the traditional land and/or water summer camp activities. We offer day and overnight accommodations, giving families and campers the choice for the ultimate summer camp experience.

Our Philosophy

NA Camps are about meeting new challenges, making new friends and having fun. But there’s a deeply held philosophy behind the mission and a method for getting kids engaged.

We strive to:

  • Improve and develop social and interpersonal skills
  • Promote campers’ self-esteem
  • Help campers appreciate nature’s wonders
  • Allow campers to experience working and living as a team
  • Give campers an environment to expand their independence
  • Provide the opportunity for campers to set goals, learn new skills and challenge themselves
  • Help campers make new friends

How do we roll?

  • Announcements are made at every meal time to highlight camper accomplishments
  • Campers will experience Camp Fires, weekly Bunk Nights and Camp Outs every session
  • Campers live in a bunkhouse or tent with peers and counselors where they will undertake the responsibilities of keeping the area clean and making group decisions
  • Campers are encouraged to learn at least one new skill while at camp, and most learn even more

The heart of the camp experience

The bunk is where campers build relationships, learn teamwork, responsibility, and experience the freedom of living away from home. Cabin Nights are a weekly NA Prep Camp tradition, giving campers special time to really bond with each other and their counselors.

Our campers live in our bunkhouse with full electricity, showers and toilet facilities. Campers have ample room to store all their belongings on shelves right in the bunkhouse, free from the clutter of trunks or luggage. In each group, we have approximately 8-11 campers and a minimum of 2 counselors. Cabin counselors eat, sleep and interact with their campers, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and fun.

Older campers (having completed the 5th grade) have the option of sleeping in our 14’ X 16’ tent platforms.
