Student Recruitment Associate- International Student Recruitment Department

 

Job Purpose
The Student Recruitment Associate supports the implementation of both domestic and international student recruitment activities and contributes to the overall student experience through effective communication, front-line engagement, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The role ensures a welcoming and informative first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and partners, while also assisting in the execution of marketing, admissions, and outreach initiatives that promote the University’s programs and reputation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and delivery of domestic and international recruitment campaigns, events, and school visits.

- Assist in coordinating university participation in education fairs, exhibitions, and partner visits.

- Respond to enquiries from prospective students and applicants through multiple channels (email, phone, and face-to-face).

- Provide accurate information on programs, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, and application processes when needed.

- Maintain prospective student data and follow-up communication using the CRM system.

- Act as the first point of contact at the Student Recruitment and Admission Office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

- Direct visitors appropriately and ensure smooth communication between students and relevant faculties/departments.

- Handle student and parent queries efficiently, resolving or escalating them when needed.

- Assist in preparing recruitment materials, presentations, and event logistics.

- Prepare reports and summaries related to recruitment outcomes and inquiries.

- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

 


Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in relevant field.


Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or customer service, preferably in a higher education environment.


Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and deadlines efficiently.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
